Terms & Conditions of Use – 100cuci co Malaysia Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "100cuci co" or "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, and all online services operated under the 100cuci co brand, accessible at https://100cucico.com.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using the services 100cuci co.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by the User on the platform 100cuci co.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds (in MYR – Malaysian Ringgit) available in the User's account at any given time.
• "Bet" refers to any betting, casino gaming, lottery, or e-sports activity conducted through the platform 100cuci co.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, bonus funds, or other benefits granted by 100cuci co to Users subject to specific conditions.
• "MYR" or "RM" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency used for all transactions on the 100cuci co.

Any reference to "we", "us", or "the platform" in this document refers to 100cuci co and its management team. Section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of its contents.

To register and use the 100cuci co, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years and above on the date of registration. 100cuci co maintains a zero-tolerance policy on underage access and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be an individual (not a corporate entity) registering in your own name and for personal use only.
• You are not currently on an active self-exclusion list or banned from using online gambling platforms.
• You are not registering on behalf of a third party or using the account for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 100cuci co.
• You understand that online betting may be subject to the laws and regulations of your state or territory of residence, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful under local regulations.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account only at 100cuci co. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Notify 100cuci co immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• Keep your personal information up to date in your account settings whenever there are any changes, especially your phone number and active email address.

100cuci co reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Our decision on the acceptance or rejection of any registration is final.

All financial transactions at 100cuci co processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). We accept deposits via the following approved Malaysian digital payment methods:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, RHB Now, and other major Malaysian banks

Deposits are typically credited to your account 100cuci co within less than 60 seconds after payment is confirmed. If your deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, please contact our customer support team with proof of payment.

100cuci co does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control. All deposited funds must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the User's own name – the use of third-party accounts for deposits is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests at 100cuci co subject to the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the 100cuci co your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 hours business hours. VIP Members 100cuci co enjoy prioritised withdrawal processing.
• Before your first withdrawal is approved, 100cuci co may request identity verification documents (KYC) such as a copy of your MyKad and proof of ownership of your bank account or e-wallet.
• If your account balance contains bonus funds that have not yet met the rollover requirement, those bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement is fully satisfied.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 100cuci co subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover Requirement: Every bonus received must meet the required rollover (wagering requirement) before any winnings generated from it can be withdrawn. Rollover values vary by bonus type – please refer to the Promotions for full details.
• Bonus Bet Limit: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum bet per match or round may be capped at a specified amount. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Valid Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Unused bonuses or unmet rollover requirements within the validity period will expire automatically without compensation.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one promotional bonus may be active at a time in a 100cuci co your account unless stated otherwise.
• Every user is eligible to claim a welcome bonus one time only. Attempts to register multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses will be treated as fraud and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

100cuci co reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Our decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final and binding.

100cuci co offers a wide range of betting options including Sports Betting (football, badminton, tennis, NBA), Live Casino, slots, lottery, and e-sports. The general rules applicable to all bet types are as follows:

• All confirmed bets are considered final. 100cuci co will not accept bet cancellations once a match or game has started, except under conditions specified in the rules of each respective product.
• In the event of a technical disruption while a bet is in progress, 100cuci co will use official data from match organisers or sports data providers to determine results.
• Odds displayed on the 100cuci co is available in a format of the User's choosing (Malay, Decimal, or Fractional). Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, multi-account use, or system exploit abuse will be voided and the associated balance forfeited.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and market. Current limits can be viewed directly on the relevant betting page within the platform 100cuci co.

For local Malaysian sporting events such as the Malaysia Super League and FA Cup, 100cuci co uses official results issued by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) as the definitive reference.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform 100cuci co and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to exploit or manipulate the platform's systems.
• Collusion between two or more Users to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Registering multiple accounts under your own name or another person's to circumvent limits or claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using a 100cuci co for any money laundering activity or transferring funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt platform operations 100cuci co in any way.
• Impersonating another member or staff of 100cuci co, or any authority in any communication with our team.
• Sharing or selling access to your account with any other party.

Account 100cuci co may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Upon User Request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@100cucico.com. Eligible funds will be returned to your bank account or e-wallet once the review is complete.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who have opted for a permanent self-exclusion for responsible gambling purposes may apply for permanent account closure. Accounts closed through this method cannot be reopened.
• Closure by 100cuci co: We reserve the right to close or suspend the account of any User found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice in serious cases such as fraud or platform abuse.

Following account closure, all User data will be retained in our systems for the period required under applicable Malaysian law, after which it will be securely deleted.

100cuci co takes the protection of Users' personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

The personal information you provide during registration and use of the platform is used for the following purposes:

• User account management and verification

• The accuracy of sports or e-sports information displayed on the platform sourced from third-party data providers.

In any event, the maximum total liability of 100cuci co to any User shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
